The Eatery was created in 2019 by Chant, Jack, and Chantelle; a chef, an entrepreneur, and a home baker, who collaborated to create a one of a kind food experience. In June 2019, The Eatery opened its doors in Encino, CA. Six short months later, we were forced to close due to a world wide pandemic. After being closed for 37 days, we re-opened The Eatery to all its guests and turned our cafe into a market, providing fresh coffee, deli meats, bread, butter, and produce. Since then, we have adapted to a full service cafe offering specialty event catering, cakes, food truck services and much much more!

With the motto “ QUALITY OVER QUANTITY” we proudly use fresh and locally sourced ingredients, locally roasted coffee, and fresh baked desserts. Whether you're passing by looking to have a cup of coffee or impatiently waiting for our daily specials, at The Eatery, we are committed to making everyone feel like family!

As the owner and chef, Chant is passionate, confident, and creative. He brings old school dishes and puts a unique twist that will have you asking for more! With over 15 years of culinary experience in all different cuisines he blends his passion for cooking and his love of trying new things to your daily routine.
